Time Frame: Faulty products must be returned within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Returns received beyond this period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Product Condition: We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or worn, except for the purpose of a quality examination. Please note, items that have been used will not qualify for a refund.

Change of mind: If you no longer require the purchased items, they can be returned, at your expense, within 30 days of purchase, providing they remain unopened. A credit note will be issued for the return products.

Proof of Return: For all returns, we require a proof of postage (preferably a tracked postal service) to be emailed to us, including your order number.  This enables us to promptly identify your return upon its arrival.

Postage Refunds: Return postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is confirmed as faulty upon our evaluation.

Refund Processing:  We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

Exceptions:  Please note, we are unable to accept returns of Gio Imperfects.

Colour Variance Disclaimer:

We endeavour to accurately represent our products on our website.  However, please be aware that there might be slight variations in colour between the website images and the actual product.  We recommend reviewing the product colour carefully before opening the packaging.
