Gio Stockings use Royal Mail for all shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.
Orders placed before 2 PM (UK time), Monday – Friday: We aim to dispatch the same day. Delivery within 2 – 4 working days.
Orders placed after 2 PM (UK time) on a Friday, or at any time on a Saturday, Sunday, or UK Bank Holiday: Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch from the start of the next working day.
NEW: Guaranteed Next Day Delivery – UK Only
An express delivery option is now available at checkout. This service uses Royal Mail Next Day Signed For and is intended to provide next working day delivery after dispatch.
Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) on working days are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following working day. Gio branded welts: Allow an additional one working day.
Please note: While we prioritise and aim to dispatch eligible orders promptly, dispatch times are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes are based on Royal Mail’s service and may be subject to external delays beyond our control.
29/08/2025 | USA DELIVERIES:
From 29 August 2025, the United States is ending its longstanding de minimis exemption (formerly applying to goods valued under $800 USD), meaning that all commercial shipments—regardless of value—will now require customs clearance, duties, and processing fees. Gio will pay these for you.

EU Orders
Orders under €150 (including shipping and before discounts):
VAT and duty are already included – you won’t pay anything extra on delivery.Orders over €150:
You’ll be charged VAT and customs duty when your parcel arrives.
Important: Our customs labels automatically show the full product price before discounts. So even if you used a discount code, customs will see the original price. Be sure your total including shipping is €150 or less to avoid unexpected charges. If a customer refuses delivery of their parcel due to unpaid duties or import fees, a store credit will be issued once the order has been returned to our warehouse and processed.
Orders Outside the EU
If you’re outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or fees when your order arrives.
Most countries allow duty-free imports up to a certain value, but this varies. For example:
Canada often applies duty to lower-value items.
Duty (if applied) is calculated on your order including shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office if you’re unsure of local rules. Any import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE – if you refuse any shipments upon delivery, you will still be responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees for the shipping. Please contact the relevant import authority as the goods no longer belong to us they now belong to you.
If your goods are returned to us by customs undamaged then we will issue an in-store credit for the goods value.
