HOSIERY: If you receive a faulty item that needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, you will be given a full refund of the items value. Please return it to us within 30 days of placing your order, if faulty item is returned after 30 days no refund will be given. However, once the item has been removed from the packaging, or seal broken, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or replace unless it is defective (as it is classed as an 'intimate item'). If you simply change your mind, and the product is not faulty, you can still return it to us for a full refund (less postage costs) within 30 days of ordering, provided it is unopened, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and original condition. We do not accept returns of Gio Imperfects.Â
LINGERIE: We offer a refund on all our lingerie (excluding knickers), if you are not completely happy, within 30 days, providing that the items are unworn and the product and packaging are in perfect condition. We are unable to refund lingerie unless it is received at the address below within 30 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Any complimentary items sent as part of your order must also be returned. If any complimentary items are not returned (e.g. buy one get one free), then these will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Colours shown on the website are close approximations to the actual product colours. Each computer monitor will display colours slightly differently. Â Therefore, it is best to check you are happy with the colour of your hosiery, when it arrives, by looking through the 'window' on the top right corner of packaging. That way, if you are not happy, you can simply return them. However, once they are opened, it is not possible to refund any hosiery for hygiene reasons as they are classified as an 'intimate item'
Simply post your returns to the address at the bottom of this page, quoting your order number. Please obtain proof of postage for your security (Gio Stockings cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post or any customs charges).
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the costs of returns unless item is classed as faulty.
Once returned we aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt.Â
